How to read our agreements

  • "Including" means including without limitation.
  • "Days" means calendar days, unless the text says Business Days.
  • The singular includes the plural, and the other way round.
  • Headings are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of the text.
  • "Section" refers to a section of the agreement itself unless another document is named, for example "Terms of Service Section 5.4".

Defined terms

Agreement: the Master Subscription Agreement signed by Melora and Customer, made up of its cover page, the Order Form, the Core Terms, the Modules that apply, and the documents it incorporates.

Authorized Users: Customer's employees, officers, directors, volunteers, committee members and contractors whom Customer allows to use the staff features of the Platform on its behalf.

Business Day: Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays.

Business Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. US Eastern time on Business Days.
