What Melora Connect costs Published up front

Yes. New associations get a free trial, usually 3 days, that starts when your first administrator signs in. You add a card or US bank account first, and nothing is charged during the trial. Use the time to set up your association with your own members and to connect your Stripe account for dues. When it ends you choose: continue on your plan, talk to our sales team, or stop. Yes. If your organization grows into a higher plan or your needs change, talk to us and we will move you to the plan that fits. Plan changes are arranged with our team, and a move to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal.

Melora’s fee is 0.35% of each card payment, with no fixed amount, and 1.00% of each bank transfer (ACH), capped at $10. It applies to payments processed through MeloraPay: dues, event registration fees, donations and any other payment your members complete through the platform or the member portal. It does not apply to payments made outside the platform, such as checks. Stripe charges your association separately for payment processing, under your own Stripe account.

Plans are billed annually and paid up front, by card, US bank account or invoice. There is no month-to-month option. Your data is yours and is available for export in a standard format at any point. If you decide not to renew, your access continues through the end of the year you paid for.

Enterprise is for large associations, national organizations and multi-chapter federations with requirements that go beyond the Professional plan. It starts at $15,000 per year and is priced on the scope of the engagement: member count, chapter structure, integration requirements and the level of managed service needed.
