Your accountant is not going to change accounting software because you changed your AMS. Your board is not going to move off Google Calendar. Melora Connect is designed to fit into the stack your organization already runs on, not to replace it.
Below is what is available today and what we are building next.
FINANCIAL INTEGRATIONS
Stripe
Card and ACH payment processing for dues, event registration fees, and any other transaction your organization collects. Stripe powers MeloraPay, the built-in payments layer in Melora Connect. Your members pay from a link in an email or the member portal. Funds are deposited to your organization’s account.

- Automatic receipt generation and payment confirmation
- Failed payment retries and lapsed member flagging built in
QuickBooks Online (coming soon)
We’re building a QuickBooks Online sync so dues revenue, event income and refunds reach your QuickBooks chart of accounts without manual entry or month-end reconciliation. What we are working toward:
- Melora Connect records mapped to your QuickBooks categories
- Invoice status kept in step in both systems
- QuickBooks Online only (not QuickBooks Desktop)
COMMUNICATION INTEGRATIONS
HubSpot (coming soon)
We’re building a HubSpot connection for associations that use HubSpot for prospect outreach, so they can see the full picture from first inquiry to active member in one place. What we are working toward:
- New member records in Melora Connect appearing in your HubSpot
- Website form submissions reaching both HubSpot and Melora Connect
- Membership status changes able to start HubSpot workflows
Zoom (coming soon)
We’re building Zoom support for virtual events, so registration in Melora Connect connects to your Zoom meetings and webinars. What we are working toward:
- Zoom links created from the Melora Connect event editor
- Join links sent to registered attendees automatically
- Attendance brought back into Melora Connect after the event
Open API (coming soon)
We’re building a documented API for organizations with custom integration requirements, covering member records, event data, dues and payment records, and communication history. What we are working toward:
- A REST API with JSON responses
- Secure token-based authentication
- Real-time notifications to your systems when records change
- Published usage documentation
