Data Migration

Whether your data lives in spreadsheets, exports from your current AMS, or multiple sources that need to be reconciled, our team handles the process from start to finish. We help your team clean, organize, validate, and migrate your data so your team can move forward with confidence. Before anything goes live, you review and approve the results.

Platform Configuration

Your membership structure is unique. We configure Melora Connect to align with your organization, including membership tiers, dues structures, renewal schedules, committee rosters, event templates, permissions, and workflows. Your platform is built around your operations, not generic software defaults.

Staff Training

Your team receives guided training before launch, focused on the workflows and responsibilities they use every day. We help your staff understand how to manage the platform effectively, while providing board members and other stakeholders with tailored sessions based on their level of access.

Implementation Timeline

Most organizations are fully live within 30 days of signing. Organizations with complex chapter structures, advanced workflows, or larger historical data requirements may require additional time. Before implementation begins, we will provide a clear timeline based on your organization's specific needs.
